摘要: Agile software development processes emphasize team work in small groups as one of the features that contribute to high quality and knowledge dispersion among developers. Research supports claims agile methods also lead higher motivation job satisfaction workplace psychology indicates factors like autonomy, variety, significance, feedback, ability complete a whole task are significant ensure workers. In this case study, we show, through analysis semi structured interviews with developers business representatives, large teams continuously adapting SCRUM methodology able these empowering factors, thus staff motivated satisfied The study presented is based on data from an project involving 70 people (including 30 developers) building product for oil & gas industry.
