Evaluation of the polymerase chain reaction for the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

摘要: Le developpement des technologies a base d'acides nucleiques ameliore la sensibilite et specificite vitesse de detection Mycobacterium tuberculosis dans les echantillons d'origine clinique. L'on utilise systemes PCR commerciale ou elabores maniere artisanale il existe un nombre significatif travaux comparant ces avec outils diagnostic plus traditionnels pour tuberculose. Toutefois, peu d'etudes se sont concentrees sur reproductibilite resultats quand on soumet lot d'echantillons differents laboratoires, en particulier pays developpement. En consequence, nous avons evalue obtenus provenance six laboratoires d'Amerique Latine reconstitues au moyen quantites definies M. tuberculosis, Chaque laboratoire ses conditions specifiques traitement l'echantillon, d'amplification l'acide nucleique amplicons. L'analyse montre d'importantes differences specificite. Nous concluons que le cadre actuel, ne peut pas etre utilisee comme seul outil tuberculose qu'il faut porter une attention particuliere l'interpretation incluant approprie controles positifs negatifs.
