摘要: The percutaneous mitral valve (MV) repair procedure performed with the MitraClip® delivery system is increasingly used to treat severe regurgitation in high-risk patients. treatment involves insertion and positioning of a clip between MV leaflets. Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) plays key role by providing information regarding navigation, alignment coaptation line, transmitral advancement system, leaflet grasping, confirmation tissue catching, assessment final result. Real-time 3-dimensional TEE has increasing value high-quality visualization both heart intravascular devices. Optimal obtained through atrial ventricular aspects. In contrast surgery, where involved prebypass phase evaluation repair, mandatory guide management during repair. Cardiac anesthesiologists may provide assistance interventional cardiologists itself addition their anesthetic-related tasks.
