摘要: Recent developments in the field of endocrine cell biology and pathology at both morphological molecular levels are briefly outlined discussed as a basis for tumor characterization. The main tools available identifying nature tumors, their pathogenetic interpretation, experimental reproduction with special emphasis on antecedents reported. Based this, classifications tumors pancreas gastrointestinal tract developed, covering most clinical (hyperfunctional syndromes included), pathological, biological patterns, prognosis.
