摘要: Abstract The historical background of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage is depicted with emphasis in the Scandinavian contribution to improvements treatment. It concluded that an all certainty was cause death prospective King Sweden, Charles August, year 1810. Despite advances management and surgical treatment this devastating disease outcome important patient-which led a new royal dynasty Sweden-would certainly have turned out as fatal today became case 174 years ago.
