摘要: : In patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), delayed ischemic cerebral dysfunction (DID or symptomatic vasospasm) subsequent fixed neurological (FND) is a frequent and most feared complication induced by the hemorrhage. Aneurysm operation during acute stage intraoperative evacuation of bloodcontaminated cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) from basal cisterns spaces has reduced this complication. Nevertheless despite early operation, DID FND occurs in 13 – 20% more. series 100 individuals ruptured supratentorial aneurysm, who were subjected to aneurysm subsequently received intravenous treatment calcium channel blocker nimodipine, occurrence was 5%.
