摘要: Considerable changes occur in the concentrations of numerous drugs after death. Some increase, others fall and some do not change. Active agents, such as gamma hydroxybutyrate alcohol, may be synthesized deceased body. Many published tables contain lists therapeutic, toxic lethal that are misleading. While process post-mortem redistribution has been called a 'toxicological nightmare', it is still possible to obtain lot information from integration ante-mortem history with drug concentration.
