摘要: Abstract We previously reported the purification of a complex two proteins from human chromatin, consisting 47-kDa component called RCC1, which is negative regulator mitosis, and 25-kDa protein. Here we show that protein has ras-related sequence. It binds guanine nucleotides, excess Mg2+ GDP or GTP dissociate complex.
