摘要: Experiments were undertaken to determine the tissue distribution of Escherichia coli and a coliphage after contamination common mussel (Mytilus edulis). Mussels contaminated with high levels feces-associated E. 22-nm icosahedral over 2-day period in flowing-seawater facility. After contamination, individual tissues carefully dissected assayed for coliphage. Contaminated mussels also analyzed contaminants 24- 48-h depuration periods. The majority each contaminant was located digestive tract (94 89% coliphage, respectively). Decreasing concentrations found gills labial palps, foot muscles, mantle lobes, hemolymph.
