摘要: The interaction of acteoside with pepsin has been investigated using fluorescence spectra, UV/vis absorption three-dimensional (3D) spectra and synchronous along a molecular docking method. experiments indicate that can quench the intrinsic through combined quenching at low concentration acteoside, static high concentrations.
