Study on the mechanism of the interaction between acteoside and pepsin using spectroscopic techniques.

摘要: The interaction of acteoside with pepsin has been investigated using fluorescence spectra, UV/vis absorption three-dimensional (3D) spectra and synchronous along a molecular docking method. experiments indicate that can quench the intrinsic through combined quenching at low concentration acteoside, static high concentrations. Thermodynamic analysis suggests hydrogen bonds van der Waal's forces are main between acteoside. According to theory Forster's non-radiation energy transfer, binding distance was calculated be 2.018 nm, which implies transfer occurs pepsin.
