摘要: Background  Current methods to diagnose clubbing have drawbacks. This study was done test a novel and convenient method for the diagnosis of digital using high-frequency ultrasound. Methods  Index fingers from healthy control group without patient with were examined by ultrasound. The morphology observed. soft tissue depth under nail (SDUN), interphalangeal (IPD), distal phalangeal (DPD) measured. ratio DPD IPD (DPD/IPD) calculated. Results  Nails, nails, bones, joints clearly observed mean SDUN 0.16 ± 0.01 cm 0.284 ± 0.02 cm (P < 0.01). Ultrasound images assessed naked eye ultrasound measurement. SDUNs in larger than group. DPDs IPDs group, while smaller IPDs. DPD/IPD 0.86 ± 0.04 cm 1.077 ± 0.11 cm (P < 0.05). Conclusion  We present new, easy, also discovered new parameter identification pseudodigital clubbing, SDUN. increased might be taken as an early sign clubbing.
