摘要: PURPOSE As recently reported, the short-term results of tension-free vaginal tape SECUR® (TVT-S) procedure seem to be similar those conventional transobturator (TOT) procedure. However, efficacy and satisfaction with TVT-S are insufficient in patients more than 1 year follow-up. Therefore, we evaluated women stress urinary incontinence (SUI) during 2 years. MATERIALS AND METHODS We 51 clinical urodynamic diagnoses SUI who underwent from March 2008 February 2009. Preoperative evaluation included a history, cough test full bladder, study, quality life (I-QoL) questionnaire. RESULTS Data years follow-up were available for 46 patients. The cure rate 80.4% at month after 76.0% TVT-S. improvement 93.5% 86.8% mean total score increased 42 points (p<0.026) 32 (p<0.013). Most reported significant improvements life. At 2-year follow-up, there no complications related CONCLUSIONS this study suggest that is efficient safe both itself.
