摘要: Abstract A glucose sensor electrode was prepared with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) because of its effect on surface modification through oxyfluorination. The oxyfluorination MWNTs carried out F 2 :O ratios 7:3, 5:5 and 3:7, which are labeled F7O3-MWNT, F5O5-MWNT, F3O7-MWNT, based the conditions. hydrophilic functional groups were introduced effectively hydrophobic surface. In addition, amorphous area affected by reactivity treatment existence MWNTs. optimum O/F percentage approximately 50%. Therefore, conditions important sensitivity improved effects interface affinity between enzyme electrode. presence an seems to be beneficial for efficient oxidase immobilization, results in high-performance sensing.
