摘要: Involute helical gears mesh based on the intersections of involute helicoids. However, spiral involutes tooth surface do not participate in meshing directly. A new type gear drive, is proposed that works contact involutes. The generation profile introduced detail. Through relative-stagnation method, prove to have conjugation characteristics. To testify whether transmission ratio cylindrical constant, simulation implemented commercial codes ADAMS solid models a pair gears. computed results show this novel drive can achieve constant ratio. Due with uniform velocity, be used between intersecting axes. Milling and grinding apply manufacturing
