摘要: This paper aims at obtaining the mathematical model of general spiral bevel gears local bearing contact from spatial conjugate curve theory. Differential geometry and gearing kinematics are introduced to derive this model. Meshing-correctly conditions set in theoretical derivation process. The final is represented form equations inequalities. According arguments paper, a process designing tooth surface proposed. Based on process, numerical example pair these with specific profiles by applying finite element analysis. Results show that magnitudes deviations between points real small. Therefore, results agree paper.
