摘要: The objective of this open-label, noncontrolled study was to evaluate the safety a combination solution containing 4-hydroxyanisole (mequinol) 2%/tretinoin 0.01% (Solage) with sunscreen in treatment solar lentigines. included total 406 subjects for period up 24 weeks. Efficacy evaluated clinically by grading pigmentation level treated areas on face and forearms. A 378 were population. Of 173 skin-related treatment-related adverse events, severity reported as mild 79 subjects, moderate 71, severe 23. Hypopigmentation observed 4 had definitively resolved 3 these at end or after been discontinued. Halo hypopigmentation 16 subjects. No allergic reactions observed. evaluation based data 370 325 (88%) facial target lesions almost clear clear, 298 (81%) forearm clear. Our shows that mequinol is effective, convenient, safe
