摘要: Summary The statistical evaluation of triacylglycerol profiles in plant oils based on HPLC/MS analysis permits differentiation the multidimensional data matrix. set 93 from 60 plants composed 355 triacylglycerols is evaluated using principal component (PCA). Similarities among some are visualized by formation clusters PCA plot. authentication tested with model samples olive oil adulterated sunflower at different concentration levels. Our method multivariate large matrix enables a clear identification 1% added as an adulterant.
