摘要: Optimized non-aqueous reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography method using acetonitrile-2-propanol gradient elution and the column coupling in total length of 45 cm has been applied for high resolution separation plant oils important food industry, dietetics cosmetics. Positive-ion atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry is used unambiguous identification also reliable quantitation with response factors approach. Based on precise determination individual triacyglycerol concentrations, calculation average parameters nutrition performed, i.e. carbon number, double bond relative concentrations essential, saturated, monounsaturated polyunsaturated fatty acids. Results are reported form both chromatographic fingerprints tables containing all triacylglycerols acids samples. In total, 264 consisting 28 alkyl chain from 6 to 26 atoms 0 4 bonds have identified industrial oils.
