Several cultivars susceptible to pests diseases lack aesthetic values of smooth skin elegant tuber shape rotundata that appeal consumers market. This study sought establish genetic variability relationships among 35 accessions Ghanaian together with 14 introduced from International Institute Tropical Agriculture Nigeria. Morphological variation was studied relationship 49 assembled as Ghana. Principal component analysis (PCA) indicated first two principal components accounted for 25.27% total PCA1 PCA2, contributing 13.92% 11.35%, respectively. Cluster performed clearly separated into three main groupings using unweighted neighbour-joining method. descriptors were able group distinct clusters independent place collection.
