摘要: We have observed what we believe to be a new phenomenon in nanocrystalline diamond membranes. The optical thickness of the membrane is changed under laser irradiation, which leads spectral shift interference fringes transmission and photoluminescence spectra high-quality thin self-supporting direction (red/blue) can tuned by ambient air pressure. effect reversible accompanied changes intensity. interpret results terms index refraction caused photoinduced adsorption/desorption molecules that subsequently affect properties subgap energy states related surface grain boundaries nanocrystals.
