摘要: Observational data on the early development and post-birth behavior of a single litter Malagasy endemic scorpion, Opisthacanthus maculatus Lourenco & Goodman, 2006 (Liochelidae) is reported for first time. A female gave birth to 11 offspring during 10 hour period parturition. The young molted second-instar within 14 day period. After an additional 10–12 period, dispersed from maternal female.
