摘要: A permanent facial scar following external approach (transcutaneous) dacryocystorhinostomy is fortunately rare. Meticulous surgical technique the key factor in avoiding a visible scar.Simple measures to avoid include use of local anaesthesia, location incision, maintaining bloodless field, using skin flap and simple orbicularis wound closure.Although endonasal endoscopic gaining clinical acceptance popularity, regarded as gold standard terms success, with high patient satisfaction.
