摘要: Abstract A composite made of polyacrylic acid and hollow TiO 2 spheres (TiO @PPAA) was prepared by the plasma polymerization method subsequently used as an electrode material for detecting lysozyme. The chemical structure, surface morphology, electrochemical performance @PPAA were mainly affected input power during polymerization. After optimizing conditions, aptamer strands exhibited high adsorption affinity toward via synergistic effects between PPAA. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy results showed that developed aptasensor presents highly sensitive detection ability lysozyme; limit proposed is 0.015 ng mL −1 (1.04 pM) within range 0.05–100 ng mL in terms 3 σ value. film further excellent selectivity lysozyme presence interfering proteins, such thrombin, bovine serum albumin, immunoglobulin E. Thus, this aptasensing strategy might broaden applications polymerized nanomaterials field biomedical research early clinical diagnosis.
