摘要: Abstract Nine representative high resolution profiles with reliable 14C chronologies have been chosen from the monsoon sensitive areas in China (winter north-west, and summer east) to provide a comparative picture of climate change within these areas. Comprehensive analyses stratigraphic sequences climatic proxy data used reconstruct history fluctuating dry wet environmental conditions since last deglaciation. These records also compared Greenland ice core Guliya data. Four major events representing fluctuations (E1–E4) are recognised. Among them, E3 indicates an abrupt cooling event after Younger Dryas interval. This has so far only recognised latitude northern hemisphere. It is proposed that century millenial scale global temperature changes affect intensity circulation through ocean/atmosphere interactions, hence producing In era warming, overall presented by wet/dry periods recorded Chinese affected during deglaciation can be as historical analogue for future predictions medium long term
