摘要: Enzymic reaction of lactose was carried out to produce galacto-oligosaccharide with a high degree conversion. The process analysed simple model. involved batch operated initial concentrations ranging from 0·139 1·67 mol litre−1 at 40°C and pH 4·5 β-galactosidase Aspergillus oryzae. A maximum oligosaccharide conversion over 30% obtained feed concentration greater than 1·11 litre−1. production mathematically modelled the basic material balance rate equation showed agreement between simulated experimental results. constants strongly correlated viscosity which ranged 0·9 6·6 mPa in solution.
