摘要: Worldwide, cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a leading cause of death. Endothelial dysfunction now recognized to be key platform for the pathophysiological effects atherosclerosis. It well accepted that atherosclerosis not merely benign and passive process, but in fact dynamic progressive arising from combination endothelial damage/dysfunction, inflammation, thrombosis coagulation potential clot-related vessel occlusion.
