摘要: Although food security measurement has been substantially expanded in recent decades, there persists significant dissatisfaction with existing systems, especially the wake of global and financial crisis. In this paper we first set out a list criteria that an ideal system should satisfy. We then benchmark indicators systems against those as means systematically identifying their relative strengths weaknesses. Our concluding section outlines possible steps for improving through mixture extension, coordination, innovation.
