摘要: In this paper, electronic implementation of fractional-order Rossler system using operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) is presented which until now was only being investigated through numerical simulations. The realization offers the benefits low-voltage implementation, integrability and tunability. addition, proposed circuit a MOS design (as no BJTs have been used) contains grounded components therefore suitable for monolithic VLSI design. chaotic behavior in consideration with incommensurate orders has demonstrated finds many applications several fields. theoretical predictions verified experimentation HSPICE simulator Austrian Micro System (AMS) 0.35μm CMOS process obtained results found good agreement Matlab simulink FOMCON toolbox. Besides, secure message communication considered to demonstrate fully usefulness system.
