摘要: Platelet activation plays an important role in the development of sepsis. During sepsis, platelet leads to endothelial cell injury and promotes neutrophil extracellular trap microthrombus formation, exacerbating septic coagulation inflammatory reactions. The resultant induction or aggravation disseminated intravascular (DIC) organ damage. Antiplatelet drugs can inhibit reactions models reducing damage function. Clinical studies suggest that aspirin may improve prognosis patients with In conclusion, antiplatelet are promising agents sepsis expected become a new line treatment. However, further clinical required for validation.
