摘要: The inflammatory response and the activation of coagulation are two important responses in a host's defense against infection. These mechanisms do not work independently, but cooperate complex synchronous manner. Recent research has also shed light on critical role thrombus formation, which prevents dissemination microorganisms. cellular components blood vessels, i.e. leukocytes, platelets, erythrocytes, vascular endothelial cells, play significant roles development thrombi combination with system. In addition to components, alarmins such as histones high-mobility group box 1, microparticles secreted granule proteins all for clot formation. this summary, we review pathophysiology sepsis-induced coagulopathy factors released from damaged cells. addition, therapeutic approaches that have been developed, under investigation currently available certain countries, including antithrombin, recombinant thrombomodulin, anti-Toll-like receptor 4 therapy, anti-damage associated molecular pattern hemoadsorption polymyxin B-immobilized fiber column.
