摘要: The systematic relationships between nine taxa (species) of paramphistomes belonging to the families Cladorchiidae, Gastrodiscidae, Gastrothylacidae and Paramphistomidae from domestic buffaloes Bubalus bubalis pigs Sus scrofa were examined using SEM revealed two types papillae occurring commonly on oral cone less frequently around gonopore acetabulum. Non-pitted occur in Paramphistomum epiclitum, Calicophoron calicophorum, Explanatum (=Gigantocotyle) explanatum, Orthocoelium scoliocoelium, Gastrothylax crumenifer Olveria indica. These are also evident papillosum, O. scoliocoelium indica, ventral pouch opening G. crumenifer. Ciliated C. papillosum Fischoederius elongatus. Morphological immunological observations employed classify phenetic phylogenetic approaches systematics. Classifications based methods compared according overall similarity their characteristics produced largely discordant results. genealogical descent concordant agreement with widely accepted scheme classification proposed by Stiles & Goldberger (1910) which as natural groups. Furthermore, appear share common ancestry a member consequently nested within latter group.
