摘要: The excretory/secretory (ES) metabolic products released by Gastrothylax crumenifer (Trematoda: Digenea) during in vitro incubations and the somatic extract of adult parasite were analysed using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). Immunogenicity ES extracts evaluated immunoblotting ELISA sera raised against antigens rabbits. electropherograms have been resolved into 38 41 polypeptides, respectively. apparent molecular weights these polypeptides range from 205 kDa. A total 14 found to be common both samples. analysis immunoblot results revealed 22 27 antigenic Only 11 13 specific tissue calculated kDa for extracts, Analysis that a dilution up 1:3200 test could react with product. Further, when allowed antisomatic hyperimmune titre IgG increased 1:12800. potential importance immunodiagnosis amphistomiasis is discussed.
