Excretory-secretory antigenic components of Paragonimus heterotremus recognized by infected human sera.

摘要: Antigenic components of Paragonimus heterotremus metabolic products were revealed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and immunoblot analysis sera from patients with P. infection, other illnesses, healthy adults. By SDS-PAGE, it was found that the comprised more than eight major polypeptides. Immunoblot 11 which strongly recognized paragonimiasis antisera. These antigenic had molecular masses ranging less 12.3 kDa to 144 kDa. One band 31.5 give a consistent reaction antisera (97% sensitivity). Of patient sera, only Fasciola sp. infection reacted bands 56, 38, 18.5 The present findings suggest 31.5-kDa component is sensitive specific for diagnosis human paragonimiasis.
