Immunoglobulin G (IgG) subclass and IgE responses in human paragonimiases caused by three different species.

摘要: In 40 cases of human paragonimiases caused by Paragonimus westermani (20 cases), P. miyazakii (10 and skrjabini responses serum immunoglobulin G (IgG), IgG subclasses, IgE were analyzed immunoblotting with crude antigens prepared from egg, 4-week-old juvenile, adult forms westermani. The 32- 35-kDa proteins in the extracts showed specific reactions regardless causative species (39 cases; 98%). Sera patients infected reacted strongly 28-, 46-, 94-kDa egg extracts, while those faintly. No sera other trematodiases (0 15 cestodiases 20 or lung cancer 5 cases) healthy controls 10 individuals) positive reactions. Analysis subclass revealed that IgG4 (33 83%) IgG1 (29 73%) antibodies patient recognized predominantly. IgG3 reaction was found 50% 30% (3 miyazakii, respectively. an immunoblot, 83% paragonimiasis no heterologous diseases a reaction. Both highly reliable for serodiagnosis paragonimiases.
