摘要: Intramural hematoma of the alimentary tract is a rare condition, which usually results from blunt injury. It can spontaneously occur in patients with coagulopathy or on anticoagulants. Although it may be seen anywhere tract, duodenum most common site intestinal intramural hematomas. caused by foreign body rarely seen. Patients are encountered obstructive symptoms after an isolated hematomas often self-limited at occurrence and managed conservatively. They cause progressive obstruction need surgical drainage. In this article, we report 51-year-old male patient used for masturbation causing rectal perforation rectosigmoid junction. Because perforation, was surgically. diagnosis beside clinical history physical examination, findings imaging modalities such as conventional radiography, ultrasonography, computed tomography useful. do not give diagnostic clues to physicians history. Therefore, radiologists must familiar findings. aimed present obliterating lumen.
