摘要: Anticoagulant therapy may cause the onset of a spontaneous intramural hematoma small bowel, in jejunum, ileum or duodenum. A 53-year-old woman on with heparin for previous pulmonary embolism was admitted abdominal pain and vomit. Computed tomography scan visualized an jejunum causing subtotal obstruction intestinal lumen. The patient underwent resection part securing continuity by mechanical side-to-side anastomosis. postoperative course regular, but initial anticoagulant reduced to prevent recurrence. In conclusion, bowel can occur as complication therapy. clinical picture rapid diagnosis indicate medical surgical
