摘要: This paper presents a stator inter-turn fault detection approach for the inverter-fed induction motor (IM) based on Teager-Kaiser energy operation (TKEO). The zero sequence voltage under excitation of inverter switching harmonics is analyzed, and characteristic frequencies in common-mode (CMV) derived. In this way, monitoring sensitivity to variation IM parameters can be reduced fairly owing high frequency. Meanwhile, major difficulty, interference noises, diagnosis overcome by applying TEKO CMV. After processing original signals, severities extracted briefly using reliable spectral analysis. performance proposed method has been evaluated through experimental tests laboratory setup.
