Fatores de prognóstico favorável em pacientes com glioblastoma

摘要: O objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar, os fatores que contribuem para o prognostico favoravel em pacientes com glioblastoma, de modo a fornecer dados possam auxiliar no manejo desses pacientes. Trata-se uma revisao sistematica da literatura cientifica, dos ultimos nove anos, nas bases PubMed e Web of Science , utilizando descritores “ glioblastoma and prognostic factors ”. Aplicados criterios inclusao exclusao, foram selecionados 23 artigos, quais utilizados desenvolvimento do trabalho. As variaveis mais estudadas idade, Karnofsky Perfomance Scale pre-operatorio tratamento cirurgico, terapia adjuvante, extensao doenca, alteracoes geneticas moleculares. Fatores clinicos, geneticos, aspectos tumor mostraram ser importantes melhor Dentre esses, apresentam maiores chances melhoria jovens, bom estado performance inicial Performance pre-operatorio, unico, unilateral, tratado cirurgia resseccao extensa radioterapia quimioterapia adjuvantes (inclusive se for idoso), panorama genetico molecular (aumento expressao N-myc downstream-regulated gene- 1 glioma comparacao tecidos normais cerebro; hipermetilacao gene O6-metilguanina-metiltransferase; mutacao Isocitrate Dehydrogenase-1 ausencia Single-Stranded Deoxyribonucleic Acid-Binding Protein- 2.
