摘要: Abstract It was demonstrated that angiotensin I-converting enzyme excreted in human urine. The mean activity of the normal urine found to be 0.38 ± 0.04 (S.E.M.) units/day ( n = 18) and enzymic correlated well with concentration sodium r 0.76, p Urinary partially purified. Three different molecular weights (>400 000, 290 000 140 000) were by Sephadex G-200 gel filtration. properties these three enzymes identical those from lung regard inhibitory effects (bradykinin potentiator c Arg-Pro-Pro), Cl −3 dependency, pH optimum K m value.
