摘要: Notch signaling has been identified as an important regulator of leukocyte differentiation and thymic maturation. Less is known about the role in regulating mature T cells. We examined 1 peripheral cell activity vitro vivo. Coligation together with TCR CD28 resulted a dramatic inhibition activation, proliferation, cytokine production. This effect was dependent on presenilin induced expression HES-1, suggestive signaling. Biochemical analysis demonstrated AKT GSK3beta phosphorylation following engagement while other biochemical signals such ERK remained intact. Similar effects were observed vivo adoptive transfer model. Therefore, may play naive activation homeostasis.
