摘要: The present invention relates to methods for identifying the sex of a primate by providing biological sample collected from and contacting with one or more probes that hybridize target SRY nucleic acid molecule at particular location within consensus nucleotide sequence. Any hybridization is detected, identified based on whether any occurs. Oligonucleotide fragments amelogenin are also disclosed.
