摘要: Cancer development is associated with deregulated microRNA (miRNA) in body fluids including serum, plasma, and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL). Early diagnosis early treatment of lung cancer improve survival response to treatment. So, finding an easy detectable biomarker crucially important the disease outcome. we analyzed differential expression miRNA using microarray both serum BAL 37 non-small cell (NSCLC) patients 30 healthy control subjects (15 non-smokers 15 smokers). A total 32 miRNAs were significantly differentially expressed NSCLC versus controls (13 up-regulated 19 down-regulated), whereas 14 relative (12 upregulated 2 downregulated). The accuracy MiRNAs detect was 94.3% a specificity 97.8% sensitivity 92.3%. Expression specific patients, indicating that they might be considered diagnostic biomarkers for detection.
