摘要: Various extracellular-matrix proteins were detected by indirect immunofluorescence in rat intestine at various stages of development ranging from 14 days gestation to the adult stage. At earliest stage studied, laminin, nidogen and type-IV collagen present epithelial/mesenchymal interface, whereas fibronectin type-III procollagen found throughout whole mesenchyme. We able relate some changes staining patterns morphogenetic processes. As early as 15 gestation, i.e. before villus formation, modifications distribution or intensity all antigens within mesenchyme paralleled orientation segregation mesenchymal cells region surrounding basal membrane presumptive peripheral muscular layers. During outgrowth, transient disappearance particularly top protruding core was evident. perinatal period, when crypts develop, linear for basal-membrane became restricted base villi, their labelling along remaining portion villi being more irregular. In mature intestine, no major matrix crypt-villus axis relation epithelial differentiation found, except that procollagen, which are this closely related basement membrane, less pronounced upper part villi.
