摘要: Abstract The immunohistochemical detection of the protein, Fos, has been used as an anatomical marker activated neurons. Three conscious rats were hemorrhaged (4 ml, 20–25% blood volume) and distribution Fos-stained neurons was compared to that in 4 which did not have removed. In rats, a higher concentration present lamina terminalis, particularly subfornical organ organum vasculosum supraoptic paraventricular nuclei hypothalamus. medulla, restricted nucleus tractus solitarius, area postrema ventrolateral medulla. We hypothesize those are involved mediating physiological responses hemorrhage.
