Some contain genes with clear roles in reproductive (LHCGR, FSHR, and FSHB) metabolic (INSR HMGA2) dysfunction syndrome. next challenge facing is identification causal variants role they play PCOS pathophysiology. potential gene improve diagnosis treatment promising, though there much be done before current findings can translated clinic.
