摘要: B61, a cytokine-inducible endothelial gene product, is the ligand for Eck receptor protein tyrosine kinase (RPTK). Expression of B61-immunoglobulin chimera showed that B61 could act as an angiogenic factor in vivo and chemoattractant cells vitro. The RPTK was activated by tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) through induction antibody to attenuated angiogenesis induced TNF-alpha but not basic fibroblast growth factor. This finding suggests existence autocrine or paracrine loop involving activation its inducible after inflammatory stimulus, net effect which would be promote angiogenesis, hallmark chronic inflammation.
