摘要: Glucose-6-Phosphate Deydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency is a sex-linked hereditary condition which frequently occurs in the populations of mediterranean area and particularly Sardinia. The enzyme routinely detected erythrocytes. However, it was also found several other tissues G6PD-deficient subjects1,7. In spite its ubiquity, possible acute haemolytic crisis following either alimentary assumption broad beans or inhalation pollen only clinical symptom known to be related G6PD deficiency.
