摘要: The combined action of pyrethroids plus organophosphates was assessed on putatively resistant field populations Helicoverpa armigera from Pakistan by using a leaf-dip bioassay. Ethion showed good potentiation with bifenthrin, lambdacyhalothrin, cyfluthrin, betacyfluthrin, fenpropathrin, esfenvalerate, fluvalenate and tralomethrin. Profenofos potentiating bifenthrin but additive lambdacyhalothrin. Methyl parathion also exhibited bifenthrin. Contrarily, quinalphos produced an antagonism Chlorpyrifos potentiated lambdacyhalothrin in one population had effect the other. A strong ethion some indicates that esteratic detoxification is key mechanism involved imparting resistance to Pakistani H. armigera.
