摘要: Objective. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of large dosage Chishao in formulae for treatment cholestatic hepatitis. Methods. The major databases (PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Chinese Biomedical Database Wanfang, VIP medicine information system, China National Knowledge Infrastructure) were searched until January 2014. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that reported on publications hepatitis with total rate, together biochemical indices including alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate (AST), bilirubin (TBIL), direct (DBIL), extracted by two reviewers. tool was used assessment risk bias included trials. Data analyzed RevMan 5.2.7 software. Results. 11 RCTs involving 1275 subjects included. Compared essential therapy, demonstrated more efficiently down regulation serum ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL. Meanwhile, there no obvious adverse events. Conclusion. As a promising novel approach, widely using may enhance curative Considering being accepted practitioners, further rigorously designed clinical studies are required.
