摘要: In the present study we examined mechanism of human natural killer cellular cytotoxicity (NKCC) augmentation by 5 min moderate exercise and its interrelationship to in vitro interferon (IFN) activation. Cytotoxicity was measured employing both a single-cell cytotoxic assay standard 3-hr chromium-51 (51Cr) release assay. The former used assess changes at single NK cell--target cell level latter overall lytic capacity given population cells. Several findings were obtained: (1) augmented NKCC vivo recruiting 'new' active (2) This cells probably derived from which can bind targets but are non-cytotoxic. (3) 51Cr-release assay, additional these exercise-activated occurred following exposure interferon. (4) increase produced no alteration frequency as viewed level. (5) Thus interferon's further ability not due activation an subset pre-NK cells, increasing effector--target interactions (recycling) same set
